In day three you will experience applying the Situational Leadership® Model by tracking and accessing Performance Readiness® changes, leadership behavior changes and performance. Using the film “Twelve O'clock High” as a case study, you'll see, first hand, how Situational Leadership® can be used in many settings.

     •  Experience using Situational Leadership® in real-life applications.
     •  Understand change and how to use Situational Leadership® to manage         changing environments.
     • Learn how to identify and influence the regression and development of         individuals in the workplace.
